CALDERMARK / LEGAL

Cookie Policy

Cookie Policy

Effective date: 4 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Caldermark P.S.A. uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on Caldermark-operated websites.

It should be read together with the Caldermark Privacy Policy.

1. What these technologies are

A cookie is a small piece of information stored by a browser. Websites may also use local storage, session storage, pixels, tags or comparable browser technologies. They can be used to operate a website, remember settings, protect forms and sessions, understand website usage or support marketing.

2. Our categories

Strictly necessary

These technologies are required to provide a function explicitly requested by the user or to operate and secure the website. Examples include security controls, session handling, form protection, load balancing, consent-state storage and authentication where an account is used.

They are not used for advertising. Where the law permits necessary storage or access without consent, they operate without an opt-in because the requested service could not function properly without them.

Preferences

Preference technologies remember choices such as language or interface settings. If a preference is technically necessary to provide a choice the user has expressly requested, it may be treated as necessary; otherwise it is activated according to the consent configuration used on the relevant site.

Analytics

Analytics technologies help us understand aggregate website usage, such as page visits, navigation patterns, performance and errors. Where consent is legally required, analytics are not activated until the user chooses to allow them.

Marketing

Marketing or advertising technologies may be used to measure campaigns or build advertising audiences. Caldermark-operated websites do not activate such technologies before the required consent has been given.

3. Consent controls

Where a website uses non-essential cookies or similar technologies, the consent interface must provide a genuine choice. Users can:

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.

4. Current cookie list

The exact cookie and storage list must reflect the technologies actually deployed on the relevant website. Caldermark does not publish invented cookie names.

Each production site should expose, in its Cookie Settings panel or in a table attached to this policy, at least:

Any analytics, embedded-media, advertising, chat or third-party tool added to a site must be added to this table before or when it is enabled.

5. Third-party technologies

Some features may rely on third-party services, for example hosting, video, analytics, maps, customer support or embedded content. If such a provider places or reads non-essential information on the user's device, it must remain blocked until the required consent is obtained.

The relevant provider, purpose, category and retention period should be visible in Cookie Settings.

6. Browser settings

Browsers allow users to delete or block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary browser storage may prevent parts of a website or account from functioning correctly. Browser controls are separate from the choices available through Caldermark Cookie Settings.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when the website technology changes. The current version and effective date will be published on the website.

8. Contact

Questions about cookies and similar technologies may be sent to info@caldermark.com.
